  • Write press releases, media advisories and blog posts
  • Compile media lists
  • Pitch news to local and statewide media outlets
  • Monitor and track client media coverage

Account Associate – Social and Digital Media Team

  • Provide social/digital recommendations and strategies for clients
  • Create social media content for various channels and execute social media campaigns, contests, Twitter chats, etc.
  • Build and maintain social media content calendars and schedule/publish posts for clients

Account Associate – Strategy Team

  • Brainstorm to provide clients with strategic plans and recommendations
  • Create promotional material such as brochures and fliers
  • Plan client events, including preparation and onsite assistance
  • Assist client rebranding efforts and conduct market research

Account Coordinator

  • Serve as liaison between assigned client and Hubbell associates
  • Create communication plan to outline client goals and a timeline for those goals
  • Maintain steady communication with client about their PR needs
  • Organize and deliver firm work to the client in a professional manner
  • Communicate and delegate assignment information to team directors accordingly

Director of Communication

  • Manage Hubbell social media accounts and website
  • Schedule writers, edit/publish posts for the Hubbell Connections blog
  • Design and send weekly e-blast
  • Assist in recruitment efforts for the firm

Director of Business Development

  • Create awareness about Hubbell services among businesses in the local community
  • Maintain a list of current and potential clients
  • Pitch Hubbell Connections’ services to potential new clients
  • Create and maintain materials to assist in pitching new clients
